Class 100,000 Clean Room
Reliatrace’s 8,000 square foot clean room provides a controlled environment for screen-making, screen printing and ink mixing. Our clean room also houses Reliatrace’s digital printer, improving efficiency while still ensuring high quality graphics.
Fast Track for Compliance
Creating custom printed electronics means Reliatrace also creates custom compliance documentation for every single part number. Our Fast Track manufacturing documentation ensures every project is built consistently, every time.
ZAP for Quality Assurance
Preventing circuit defects for high-performance applications requires a serious quality commitment. That’s why Reliatrace uses ZAP, our Zero-Defect Assurance Protocol, that requires operators to stop production and run an inspection at a randomly assigned time in each two-hour work period.
Final electrical tests are run on 100% of the assemblies shipped from Reliatrace®.
